My experience was phenomenal and transformative. The sound meditation grounded me and was perfectly orchestrated. This was my first experience and it made a lasting impression. Every detail was planned and well executed, making me feel safe and able to completely surrender to the experience. I will continue to return and highly recommend!

The experience I had with immersive sound bath + vibration is indescribable. It was so relaxing and peaceful with the mind/body going through different meditative states and had the grounding effect. Vibrations cleared blocked energy & relieved pain that was exerted due to stress. Sukrutha is very professional, she executes sound & vibration class with perfection, couldn’t have asked for a better place. I would encourage everyone to experience a session at earth & grain to feel it for themselves.

One of the best experience of my life. Thank you Suki and Sharon.

I attended a sound bath with Earth and Grain and was blown away. It was a delightful harmony of sounds, meditation, and peace. The facilitators had warm, gentle energy, and I left feeling rejuvenated and restful. Highly recommend! Suki is a true master of her craft.

how we combine Sound bath and Meditation

A sound bath is a meditative musical experience.

The vibrational tones of crystal and metal singing bowls calm the mind and body. You effortlessly settle into a deeply relaxed state in which you are bathed by sound.

Our unique collaboration

I collaborate with Suki Krishnegowda who plays singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that add soothing sounds of nature. She is also a vibration therapist and uses bowls to relax and release tension in the body.

Together we combine sound, vibration therapy, and guided meditation to immerse you in an expansive experience. Whether you’re a new or seasoned meditator this will vibe you into the bliss zone of your own expanded awareness.

We have been doing sound baths in private homes, and are starting to offer them in public spaces in Seattle. Click the button if you would like to be notified, or if you would like to host one in your space for family and friends.
